Buffet lunch catered by the Islander.
Chicken and Beef Tacos, Refried Beans, Spanish Rice, Homemade chips and green salsa; Condiments of lettuce, onion, pico de gallo, sour cream, olives, grated cheese, homemade guacamole and cilantro. Ending with a dessert of yummy churros.
Prizes will be given for the winners of the Opening Day Challenge, best in theme for the dinghy parade, and best decorated boat at the docks.
These awards will be given away at the Happy Hour Party at 4:00pm.
