Hello Fellow Yacht Club Members,

I wanted to let you all know about the Commodores Cruise just in case you were saving the weekend of August 29th. For a couple of reasons, I will be cancelling the Cruise. Besides the obvious reasons, (due to the restrictions of the Covid Virus) there is another huge reason. Jonelle and I are selling our boat. We dropped it off in Anacortes last weekend after our brief stay in La Conner. We stripped the boat of the cruising gear and don’t intend to use it before it sells.

On another note I would like to give a big shout out to Dusty for his hard, diligent work on setting up the South Sound Cruise. It was a lot of work during a trying time. Thanks Dusty. Jonelle and I were only able to do the La Conner trip as I had some work commitments that popped up and had to do a road trip to Coos Bay, Oregon. Have not heard the feedback from those who continued on and hope a reasonably good time was had by all.

Sail safe all.
