Ahoy Members, meet David Saylor!

Ahoy! My name is David Saylor and I moved to beautiful Lopez Island 4 years ago. I was immediately struck by the tranquility and beauty of the island and wasted no time acquiring a home on Barlow Bay. It was then time to realize my lifelong dream of cruising the Pacific Northwest in my own boat. After a year of searching, I finally found my dream boat, a Nordhavn 43. I have already made several cruises to the Gulf Islands and Victoria.  This year I have more cruises planned to Desolation Sound and Princess Louisa Inlet.  Next year I hope to cruise to Southeast Alaska.  Looking forward to meeting everyone at LIYC.  Fair winds and calm seas.

In accordance with the club’s By-laws, he has completed all the requirements of sending in his application, initiation fees, photo, etc. Publishing his photo and bio is the last step in the process. After ten days for comments from the membership, the governing board will vote for for membership.
