MEMBERSHIP DINNER/MEETING AT THE ISLANDER
THURSDAY – November 13, 2025
Social Hour at 5:00pm
Dinner at 6:15 pm
Program at 7:00pm

We welcome the Friday Harbor Power Squadron, our local chapter
of America’s Boating Club in the San Juans. Chris Reed, commander
and Ann Einboden, education officer who is known by many of us, will
present a program about the Power Squadron and its many benefits. They
are a non-profit volunteer organization that promotes skillful boating
through education classes and seminars, such as boathandling and safety.
Classes are presented in person and on zoom.
They also offer a Vessel Safety Check program. Every spring our club
coordinates with the Power Squadron for boat inspections.
As we get close to pulling out and winterizing our boats, time to
consider brushing up on boat safety and/or signing up for refresher
courses over the winter! Hope to see you there!
