Silver Bank is the wintering grounds for the North Atlantic population of humpbacks\, a place where moms give birth and care for their newborn calves\, and bulls fight over and court females.

SUMMARY:LIYC Clambake 2023
DESCRIPTION:The annual ClamBake Potluck lunch will be Sunday\, June 4th @11am – 2pm. Please bring a dish to share\, personal plates/cups/utensils\, and chairs\, if you need them. It will take place at the Flat Point club house (400 Nelson Lane). If you need directions\, let us know. \n\n\n\nDuring the clam bake\, we will have a Captain’s meeting to discuss the North Cruise itinerary\, and a couple possible shorter itineraries for those who want to stay closer to home. One will coincide with the North Cruise itinerary (Ganges and Newcastle Island: July 10-15) and the other is based on an itinerary created by Paul Henriksen (Otter Bay/Friday harbor/Otter Bay/Montague harbor/Winter Cove: July 20-30). However\, the latter spinoff will not have planned activities.
